No, you don't need to download anything. All your lessons are taught online and your textbooks are in the classroom ready for you.

You would need a good internet connection, one the following devices such as computer, laptop, or Ipad .

You will also need a headphone a digital pen is good to have if you are booking one to one lesson.

Lesson on mobile phones are not recommended due to the size of the screen.

Once you have purchased a package plan and booked your lessons You will then receive a link to enter into your classroom.

Learners must book all lessons on the online calendar in which Teacher/Tutor will provide you after registration. Every time you book a lesson you will be automatically notified with all the details of your booking.

Because this is a group lesson , student must come on time but if you are running late you can still log in and attend to your lesson. Time that you lost cannot be accumulated and missed classes cannot be rebooked.

Teacher will wait between 10 to 15 minutes and after that the virtual class is closed.

I can refund your money in full if you cancel your bookings within 24 hours prior lesson or course date starts. Just send me an e-mail and we will process your refund in 5 working days.

For trial lesson bookings, money refund is not possible if time and date has been confirmed.If you and teacher has not confirmed time and date within 2 days then refund will be done in 5 working days but after that period has passed and teacher has sent you an email and there wasn't a reply from your end, the refund won't be processed and you would have to purchase a new trail lesson booking.

Group conversation lessons are for students with a minimum Intermediate level, if you are a beginner we would recommend lessons one to one first or join in classes for beginners. At the moment we don't have any groups for beginners but we are working very hard on it.

Learners must be 18 or older to join the english groups conversation. But anyone is welcome to self-study the english courses available on the website.

Yes, with Essential Plan you can attend up to 4 Live english lessons online. Any other subscription plan you can attend unlimited live english lessons and have private one to one lessons with teacher Andrea Verona.

If you don't renew your subscription your access to classes online or in group will automatically blocked until you continue paying for your package plan. You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription at anytime.

Group Lessons:

To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact Teacher at least 24 hours in advance.

A refund for the cancellation of an English Conversation lesson will only be given if the 24 hours notice is given.

If you purchased 3 months package or above, the students must finish their english lesson inside of the the package period. However, there are exception when the school maybe closed during half term (UK) in this case the lessons can be postponed accordantly. In case of death or sickness, learners can return to their lessons and extend their package free of charge for another 14 days. After that period a new package must be purchased in order to continue a course or english lessons in groups or one to one.

Any promotional packages offered in this site can't be re-booked or receive money refund once first lesson is booked. If the promotional package it is valid for 3 months or above, learners must conclude their course inside of the package period.

English lessons | Private or In Groups

Once you book your first lessons, the lessons will be automatically debited, unless learners cancel by given notice in 24hrs prior lesson starts. Any postpone lessons will be re-booked inside of the 14 days extended period after that period learners will need to purchase a new package.

Paid certificate is a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accredited course approved by The CPD Group .

The Endorsed Courses are still in good standard and are approved by the Company and the approved CPD Teacher/Trainer. All courses must meet the highest quality whether is Endorsed or PAID , so learners can feel their hard work of adhering and developing new skills are met in order to apply for a job or to receive a promotion and some instance a better pay.

Accreditation ensures that the CPD program is designed to provide valuable and relevant learning experiences, enabling participants to acquire new skills, knowledge, or expertise in their respective fields.

But don't be discouraged if your course is not CPD approved because it will be endorsed by a CPD approved Trainer/Teacher which is still very valuable for your career path.

Once you passed your assessment test, learner will be able to download certificate by going to account and click on "MY COURSES" and there should be your earning badge and your Certificate ready for download. Please check your spam inbox if you don't see your certificate on your main inbox.
